Marketing Delivery Lead, Wealth Management Marketing

Join a fast-paced marketing organization focused on delivering high-impact engagement campaigns for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. You’ll be part of a team that brings strategy to life through strong execution, rigorous controls, and thoughtful creative stewardship.
As a Marketing Delivery Lead on the Wealth Management Marketing team, you will manage a team of delivery specialists responsible for end-to-end campaign execution. You will oversee creative development and launch readiness across multiple systems and approval pathways to ensure initiatives deliver on time, on budget, and with quality. You will partner closely with Marketing, Product, Test Design, Analytics, channel execution teams, and Legal/Regulatory/Compliance to optimize performance and strengthen measurement and reporting.
Job responsibilities
Lead a team of Marketing Delivery specialists to deliver prioritized acquisition marketing initiatives on time and on budget.
Manage end-to-end creative development, production, and implementation of marketing campaigns.
Partner with marketing strategy and product teams to shape creative direction, identify opportunities, and strengthen campaign strategy.
Establish measurement and reporting frameworks in collaboration with Analytics and strategy partners.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across email, ad operations, and web channel partners to ensure launch readiness.
Navigate required workflows, systems, and controls to secure appropriate approvals and ensure compliant delivery.
Manage agency and vendor relationships, including scoping, timelines, issue escalation, and process improvement.
Collaborate with audience/list partners to align targeting needs and execution requirements.
Apply channel best practices and contribute innovative ideas to elevate creative and performance.
Analyze in-flight and post-campaign results to recommend optimizations that improve outcomes, efficiencies, and cost.
Influence key stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Legal/Regulatory/Compliance through clear communication and strong relationship management.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrate 7 years of experience in campaign execution and/or project management.
Exhibit people management experience, with ability to lead and mobilize a team.
Manage agency/vendor relationships, including issue resolution/escalation and process improvement.
Execute detailed marketing project delivery while adhering to defined processes, approvals, and strict controls.
Prioritize and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Build strong partnerships and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally with stakeholders at all levels.
Operate with a collaborative, positive mindset and comfort with changing priorities.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
4-year college degree.
Experience in financial services/investment marketing.
Agency-side experience supporting campaign development and execution.
