I opened my agency in 2023 after a career that spans law enforcement, automotive leadership, and ultimately State Farm. I spent 13 years as a police officer before transitioning into the auto industry, where I finished as a general manager for Hyundai. While working as a used car manager, State Farm initially recruited me, and five years later I reached back out, ready to make the shift into agency ownership. I wanted the opportunity to build my own business, create my own culture, and invest in people the same way I always had as a leader. Our team currently includes two members, and we’re focused on growing the right way. I attended the University of Cincinnati for criminal justice before entering the police academy, and I’m married with three daughters who keep life busy and full. I’m a huge sports fan — especially when it comes to the Bengals — and I stay involved locally as a member of the chamber of commerce. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
