Operations Admin
- Vendor & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Manage safety procedures, training, and certifications for field operations employees.
- Budget & Resource Management: Administer the budgets that are established by the project PMs and others for equipment, company vehicles, food, clothing, and other operational resources, ensuring optimal allocation and usage.
- Employee Job Satisfaction: Creating and maintaining a healthy work environment, making sure employees' needs are answered.
- Equipment: Maintaining accurate stock levels and managing orders for field wear, ensuring that all items are available when needed. This includes monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, processing requests, and keeping records up to date to support smooth operations for field teams. This will require coordination with USA and global based operations and logistics staff.
- Attendance: Ensuring employees work hours and benefits are accurately recorded and maintained.
- 3rd Party: Coordinating with PM’s and ops team leaders to help our teams with field partners procurement and performance tracking.
- Finance Department: Coordinate with the finance team to manage budgets, optimize expenditure and improve payment processes.
- Legal Team: Collaborate with the legal department to review new contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry laws.
- Project Managers: Work closely with project managers and operations management team to provide employee work approvals, records, and compliance documentation.
- HR Department: Partner with HR to ensure adherence to company policies and align working conditions.
- Supply Chain Department: Coordinate with the purchasing team to manage new suppliers, create purchase orders, and ensure smooth acquisition of required goods.
- Two years of experience in a similar role in engineering, construction or high-tech company
- Strong organizational management and planning skills
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Solution oriented.
