Client Manager, Small Business Benefits
At Gallagher Benefit Services, you’re a trusted partner to organizations navigating some of their most important people decisions. We help clients build better workplaces, where people feel supported, empowered, and inspired to thrive. Whether it’s shaping benefit strategies, designing wellbeing programs, or advising on workforce challenges, the work you do here creates meaningful change for businesses and the people who power them. We’re a community of bold explorers, trusted experts, and compassionate partners; working side by side to solve problems, and shape the future of work. Here, curiosity is encouraged, collaboration is second nature, and your ideas have room to grow. If you’re looking for a place where your contribution matters and where you can help build a better world of work; think of Gallagher.
OverviewIn this role, you’ll manage a book of client accounts and build trusted relationships with the people you work with every day. You’ll support routine and moderately complex accounts, help clients with their risk and capital management needs, and look for ways to grow existing business through added services and cover.
This role is a good fit if you enjoy looking after clients, solving problems, and keeping work moving smoothly. You’ll also spend time with senior decision makers and day to day contacts, so clear communication and good judgement will matter every day.
How you'll make an impactYou’ll be the main point of contact for an assigned group of clients, helping to keep relationships strong and accounts on track. Day to day, you’ll manage a live book of business, respond to client needs, and bring in the right support when a situation needs extra attention. You’ll also work to protect retention and spot chances to add more value through extra services or higher levels of cover.
Alongside client work, you may help coordinate administrative and customer service support, and you may support an Account Executive or Broker Producer. Your focus will be on keeping clients informed, making sure important issues are handled quickly, and helping each account move forward in the right way.

- License required.
