Ample is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. This full time position is open to remote candidates with primary preference to candidates in the Cincinnati region. Secondary preference is given to candidates living in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, Arkansas, West Virginia, South Carolina, New York. The team operates on East Coast hours. Must be eligible for work in the United States.

Looking for proven experience in the following competencies:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) and meta frameworks (Next.js, Gatsby, Astro)
• Familiar with build tools & preprocessors (NPM, Vite/Webpack, Sass, PostCSS)
• Comfortable with REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, DatoCMS, Sanity)
• Understanding of static site generators & modern, decoupled web architecture
• Exposure to cloud platforms and edge runtimes (Netlify, Vercel, AWS)
• Basic experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, serverless functions, background jobs)
• Familiar with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and CI/CD workflows
• Exposure to AI-enabled systems, such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), API-based LLM integrations, or agent-style workflows
• Interest in building deep integrations between platforms (CMS, data stores, automation tools, AI services)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Netlify, Vercel, AWS, Heroku)
• Basic experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Laravel)
• Familiar with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and CI/CD workflows
