**Job Title: Materials Coordinator | up to $35/hr | Direct Hire**
**Job Description**
As a Materials Coordinator, you will excel in performing day-to-day shipping and receiving activities to ensure the smooth and timely flow of materials to both internal and external customers. Your role will include processing incoming goods by verifying quantities against purchase orders or invoices, conducting high-level inspections for serviceability, and executing procedures for receipt of goods.
**Responsibilities**
+ Facilitate the transfer of incoming goods to the originator in a timely manner.
+ Perform transactions in the ERP system to ensure accurate inventory and tracking of products, raw materials, and other supplies.
+ Liaise with manufacturing and other support functions to ensure all areas are appropriately supplied.
+ Operate forklift to facilitate movement of goods into and out of the facility.
+ Ensure cleanliness of the area and perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment.
+ Maintain daily records, both manual and electronic, to capture daily individual productivity.
+ Maintain applicable records to comply with government regulations.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
+ Create and maintain a culture where workplace safety is integral.
+ Wear all PPE as required by work area or job function.
+ Assist in applying lean manufacturing concepts and 5S.
+ Maintain fleet and manage warehouse flow.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
+ International and domestic shipping expertise.
+ Inventory management skills.
+ Experience with multi-level Bill of Material (BOM).
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to work closely with Purchasing and Assembly teams.

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $72800.00/yr.
