Job Title: Production Welder

Location: Frazeysburg, OH

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

Salary: Starting at $21-$23/hr ( Depending upon candidate's professional experience and skillset)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Welder Level 1 to join our growing manufacturing facility. Candidates must have entry-level experience of common production welding methods, i.e., operating fabrication equipment such as Mig Welders and Grinders, measuring tools, fabricating jigs, etc.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Experience prepping material using grinders, bandsaws, etc.
• Experience reading prints and using tape measures, squares. protractors, etc. to layout material
• Experience performing basic welding tasks to the appropriate standard
• Have a working knowledge and understanding of HAZMAT, MSDS, EPA, and OSHA requirements
• Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with production staff
• Ability to read, write, and understand sufficient English to read machinery controls, temperature, time, etc.
• Must be multi-talented, extremely flexible in work assignments
• Willingness to integrate into a closely knit team
• Self-Motivated

• Be able to set up and maintain welding processes to produce items for production in a timeframe to meet production scheduled shipments
• Read and verify drawings to ensure that quality is achieved.
• Design and build necessary jigs to speed up the production welding process
• Work well and closely with production staff
• Follow all OSHA and Safety standards
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time

Workplace Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
