Service Now Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Purchaser - Warehouse Coordinator in Wooster, OH. This full-time purchasing role offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 .

YOUR SCHEDULE

The Purchaser - Warehouse Coordinator position is a full-time role, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm . Employees will be dispatched directly to their job site from home each day and are not required to report to a central location beforehand. Occasionally, you will be expected to pick up equipment or parts at the start or end of the day and return them to Wooster.

YOUR DAY

Your responsibilities will include collecting parts and equipment and delivering them to job sites or back to the warehouse as necessary. You will be responsible for replenishing technicians' and installers' trucks with needed parts, enabling ongoing field operations. You will work collaboratively with supply houses to maintain appropriate inventory levels in the warehouse, promptly process warranty parts and labor credits, and ensure accurate ordering of parts with proper purchase orders and departmental coordination when requested by dispatch or due to incomplete calls. Effective management of multiple requests and prioritization of urgent technician needs will be a key aspect of your daily routine.

PURCHASER - WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills for coordinating
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and great time management

Preferred:

• Ability to safely move 25 - 50 lbs consistently
• Experience in warehouse operations, purchasing, or inventory management
• Familiarity with HVAC parts and supply houses
• Comfortable using inventory systems, dispatch software, or basic computer programs
• Strong attention to detail when tracking parts, warranties, and purchase orders
