Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for a Hybris/SAP Developer – Level 3 for the eCommerce Hybris team in IT. The Hybris/SAP Developer – Level 3 is responsible for: working on major projects that may span a broad range of systems, providing subject matter expertise and technical direction; working closely with customers, Business Analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with the business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization’s architectural standards; and application analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement, and also involved in complex support issues; and maintaining a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the SAP Hybris eCommerce area, by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Hybris/eCommerce including configuring and customizing the Hybris application
• Minimum 5 years of experience with the Spring framework
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java coding
• Minimum 1 year of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management
• Must have implemented enterprise B2B and B2C eCommerce solutions for different customers in North America
• Must have expertise with Impex, HMC, and Hybris Cockpits
• Previous work experience in a Fortune-500 or Global-1000 company

Preferred:

• Experience with JQuery, XHTML, and CXML
• Experience with UI/UX design
• SAP and Hybris certification(s)
• Hybris Marketing experience
