Your New Role

As a valued team member, you’ll be at the heart of our services, delivering industrial vacuum and jetter service, aeration systems expertise, and hydro excavation solutions. Your day will involve:

• Providing quality service to residential, commercial, and industrial clients

• Operating and maintaining equipment, including excavators, vacuum trucks, and hydro-jets

• Diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction

• Educating customers on septic system maintenance and preventive care

• Upholding safety standards and delivering precise, reliable work

• Education and/or Experience - High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required.

• 1-2+ years of experience in the construction industry, excavation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Familiarity with septic systems, drain lines, and customer service

• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.

• Proficient in computer use, email, record-keeping, and scheduling via tablet

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule for on-call and emergency jobs that may include Saturday rotations, evenings, and weekends.

• Ability to be on your feet up to 80% of the time.

• Ability to frequently move within the shop or job site to access tools, equipment, parts, and other necessary items for completing work orders.

• Knowledgeable in digging trenches and operating equipment and tools to replace damaged sections of sewer lines.

• Ability to use hand tools extensively to complete work orders.

• Obtain knowledge to detect mechanical issues from short distances to determine appropriate action.

• Ability to regularly push, pull, and move pump equipment up to 50 pounds, including lifting heavy lids on pump trucks and grease traps.

• Must be authorized to work in the US.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Must be willing to complete a background check and drug test upon hire.
