Landscape Installation Supervisor
Varsity Lawn Care LLC, owned by Honey Creek Homes, is looking for a Full-Time Landscape Lead to join our growing team. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact, this is the role for you!
What You'll Do:
![?]("16" width="16"} Run and manage landscape crews
![?]("16" width="16"} Support the GM to ensure production times are met
![?]("16" width="16"} Provide excellent customer service to clients
![?]("16" width="16"} Assist with developing a production schedule
![?]("16" width="16"} Track job costs for landscaping, and maintenance projects
What We're Looking For:
![]("16" width="16"} Landscape field experience
![]("16" width="16"} Strong organizational & multitasking skills
![]("16" width="16"} Ability to lead and manage crews
![]("16" width="16"} Familiarity with Unilock design software is a bonus!
What We Offer:
![]("16" width="16"} Salary: $50,000-$70,000 (based on experience)
![]("16" width="16"} Benefits include PTO, bonus structure, Holidays and growth opportunities.
