Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Hospitality Worker:

• Prepare, portion, and deliver meals and snacks to patients according to prescribed dietary guidelines
• Accurately follow patient meal tickets and diet orders, including allergies and restrictions
• Assist with tray assembly, delivery, and pick-up in patient care area
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas, equipment, and utensils
• Stock and replenish food items, condiments, and supplies as needed
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and dietitians regarding patient needs or concerns
• Follow infection control, food safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Previous experience in food service, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Possess a valid food handler's card or ServSafe certification, PeopleReady will help provide this training
• Must have non-slip shoes, blank dress pants, long sleeve black shirt
