General Laborer / Machine Operator
Precision Steel Services is currently seeking individuals for various General Labor and Machine Trades positions. We offer competitive pay starting at $16 per hour, with increases based on experience and skill development. Our employees have the opportunity to learn and grow within the company, with training provided for multiple roles within our facility. Responsibilities
- Perform various roles including Parts Cleaner, Crane Operator, Material Handler, Machine Operator, and Quality Control.
- Participate in training programs for skill development and job advancement.
- Work overtime and weekends as required.
Qualifications
- Basic math skills, including the ability to work with fractions and decimals.
- Proficiency in reading a tape measure.
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 70-75 pounds.
- Ability to bend over repeatedly.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills (preferred).
- Experience operating forklifts and cranes (preferred).
- Experience with measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers (preferred).
- Prior factory experience (preferred).
Compensation
Starting pay is $17.50 per hour , with increases based on experience and skill development. Overtime pay is also available.
