Oversee all day-to-day service department operations, ensuring a smooth flow from the moment a vehicle enters our shop until it returns to the customer.

Provide clear guidance and support to our technicians to ensure all repairs are completed accurately and safely.

Recruit technicians and advisors as needed.

Maintain an inviting, transparent, and honest environment for our customers during every interaction.

Manage service department inventory, equipment maintenance, and shop cleanliness.

Review customer feedback regularly to identify ways we can improve our service standards and overall experience.

Coordinate with the parts department to ensure necessary components are available and ready to minimize vehicle downtime.

Five or more years of automotive service department experience.

Deep technical knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicle systems.

Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians and service advisors.

Experience using automotive service management software and manufacturer-specific diagnostic systems.

Strong organizational skills for managing shop workflow and service scheduling.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

ASE certifications or manufacturer-specific training credentials are highly valued.
