- Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Pay: $19 - $22 DOE
- Location: West Chester, Ohio
The Role: Precision & Craftsmanship
As a Fabricator, you will be a key player in creating high-quality aluminum doors and frames. You'll bring designs to life, working with precision tools, machinery, and detailed drawings. This role is perfect for a skilled craftsperson who values quality and safety.
What You'll Do:
- Fabrication: Build aluminum doors and frames using extrusions, hand tools (drills, saws), and advanced equipment like milling and CNC machines.
- Custom Work: Design, fabricate, and install custom clips and plates for specialized hardware applications.
- Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret standard and non-standard bills of material and drawings.
- Quality & Control: Inspect your own product, manage related paperwork, and ensure all work adheres to our high-quality standards.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Minimum 2 years of fabrication experience in a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency with computer skills, power tools, machinery, and a tape measure.
- Ability to read instructions, identify material differences, and maintain a focus on safety.
- Experience operating electronic devices (scanners) is a plus.
- Forklift license/ability to be licensed is preferred.
