Job Title: Estate Planning Associate Attorney

As an Estate Planning Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with seasoned attorneys, providing tailored legal solutions to a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Draft a variety of estate planning documents including trusts, wills, financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and funeral directives.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized estate plans that reflect their unique goals and evolving needs.
- Provide valuable support to senior attorneys on complex elder law, Medicaid, special needs, and tax matters.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in estate planning matters preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, understandable language for clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with legal technology and software.
- Capable of working independently while being a supportive, contributing team member.
