As a **Security Officer - Hospital Perimeter Patrol** in **Cleveland, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
+ Carry out unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and promote a secure environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting staff and visitors as needed.
+ Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to site protocols.
+ Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support the overall security-related posture of the location.
+ Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines while performing unarmed patrol duties.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Proof of vaccination is required for hospital assignments.
+ Proof of high school diploma or General Education Diploma is required by the client.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
