Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor mixing equipment to blend ingredients according to specified formulas or recipes.
• Weigh and measure raw materials accurately before mixing.
• Load materials into mixers manually or using automated systems.
• Adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, and mixing time.
• Inspect and test mixtures for consistency, texture, and quality.
• Record batch information and maintain accurate production logs.
• Clean and sanitize mixing equipment and work areas to meet hygiene standards.
• Follow safety protocols, including handling hazardous materials and using personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards.
