Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.

We call this the "Co-Worker in Training" position. We have CIT positions available for:
-Product care/Delivery
-Sales Reps
-Account management/Collections
-Manager Trainees

Requirements/Responsibilities

Here are some traits and some requirements we look for in each position.

Sales Reps:
* Prospecting including lead generation skills
* Retail sales experience (preferably in home furnishings, electronics or appliances)
* Ability to be reliable and an effective team member
* Ability to provide outstanding customer service
* Quality telephone etiquette and/or telemarketing
* Sales presentations skills
* Ohio Driver's License
* Ability to pass driving and criminal history background check

Account Manager/Collections:
* Previous collections experience preferred but not required.
* Excellent telephone skills
* Positive attitude and professional image
* Reliable and effective team member
* Able to provide outstanding customer service
* Ability to build lasting relationships
* Ohio Driver's License
* Ability to pass driving and criminal history background check

Product Care/Delivery:
* Ability to lift furniture, appliances and televisions frequently with or without assistance
* Willingness and the ability to work on Saturdays and some early evening hours
* High energy and enthusiastic team player
* Ohio Driver's License
* Ability to pass driving and criminal history background check
Previous experience in retail, restaurant, collections, customer service, sales or Rent to Own are preferred but not required.
