Over the years, UTFCU has expanded its services to include the Medical College of Ohio's employees. With nearly 6,000 members nationwide, UTFCU offers a full range of financial products and services.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Member Services Representative at the University of Toledo Federal Credit Union in Toledo, OH. The Head Member Services Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to UTFCU members, handling phone inquiries, assisting with transactions, and addressing member needs and concerns. This position will oversee the operations of Member Services Reps.

Lending experience is helpful, but not required.

Management experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Handle member inquiries and concerns
• Provide information about the products and services UTFCU offers
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update member records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Handle cash transactions acurately
• Manage subordinate Member Services Representatives
• Coordinate ongoing trainings for MSRs

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of finance and financial products
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
• Knowledge of credit union operations and services is a plus
