We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in overseeing the construction of various infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Construction Oversight: Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues and challenges, collaborating with contractors and project managers to find effective solutions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of construction progress, including daily reports, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
- Communication & Coordination: Communicate effectively with contractors, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Safety Management: Promote and enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Contract Administration: Assist with contract administration tasks, including reviewing contractor submittals, processing change orders, and resolving disputes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education & Licensure: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience: Proven experience in construction management, site supervision, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment; familiarity with relevant codes and standards; proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; strong organizational and leadership abilities; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
