Job Description

A client in the transportation industry is looking for a few Billing & Data Entry Specialists to join their team for a short term contract. The client is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Data Entry Specialist to support their invoicing and documentation processes. This role is responsible for accurately entering billing data, organizing supporting documents, and preparing invoice packages for internal review prior to customer submission. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic Excel navigation skills, and the ability to follow structured procedures with consistency.

Accurately enter billing information into internal systems based on provided data

Package and organize supporting documentation for invoice review and approval

Navigate Microsoft Excel for data entry and formatting (no advanced formulas required)

Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in all data entry tasks

Follow established procedures and document standard operating processes (SOPs) as needed

Communicate effectively with internal teams to clarify billing details or resolve discrepancies

Support general administrative tasks related to billing and operations

Skills And Requirements

1-2 years of experience in data entry, billing, or administrative support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic navigation and formatting)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to follow instructions and document processes clearly

Excellent organizational and communication skills

High level of reliability and accountability in handling sensitive financial data null
