Landscaping Laborer
Lawn & Landscaping Team Members and Team Leads
Location: Centerville, OH

American Pride is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our growing Lawn & Landscaping Team. We take pride in keeping Dayton beautiful and are looking for both Team Members and Team Leads to help us achieve that mission.
Available Positions & Pay
Team Members: Starting at $18.60/hour — no experience required, training provided
Team Leads: Starting at $19.60/hour — experience required and valid Drivers' License
Duties Include
Lawn mowing, trimming, and blowing
Shrub pruning and bed edging
Mulching and general landscaping
Spring and fall cleanups
Winter snow removal (increased pay rate during snow events)
We are also seeking individuals with plowing experience — both truck and skid steer operators are encouraged to apply.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays as needed
