Responsibilities:
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
- Research and analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Advise clients on tax strategies and opportunities for minimizing tax liabilities
- Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Sales skills to effectively communicate tax strategies to clients
- Ability to perform regulatory reporting in accordance with tax laws
- Expertise in technical accounting principles

As a Tax Director, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive tax services to our clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and identifying opportunities for tax savings.
