Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively
• Maintain knowledge of our inventory and automotive trends
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles.
