Like working with your hands and keeping things running smoothly?

Baesman Group is hiring Finishing Machine Operators to run equipment that completes printed products—cutting, folding, inserting, and preparing jobs for final delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and making sure the final product meets quality expectations.

• Operate finishing equipment (cutters, folders, inserters, etc.)
• Keep production moving while meeting daily output goals
• Check quality and make adjustments when something isn’t right
• Track production and complete required documentation
• Help reduce downtime by identifying and addressing issues early

You’re the final step before the product reaches the customer. Your attention to detail ensures every job is completed correctly and on time.

• Learn multiple finishing machines and processes
• Cross-training across departments
• Advancement into Lead or specialized operator roles
• Participation in our Apprenticeship Program
