Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders and protocols.

• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapy plans accordingly.

• Document all care and outcomes in electronic health records accurately.

• Identify and escalate deviations from care plans or safety concerns promptly.

• Maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment to ensure safety and efficacy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align care plans with targets and metrics.

• Track daily activities and outcomes to feed pipeline-based performance dashboards.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to advance clinical skills.

• Educate patients and families on therapy devices, processes, and self-management.

• Support on-site workflow to meet service-level targets and maximize productivity.

• Assist with quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.

• Adhere to contract terms and on-site work expectations, including schedule and location.

Experience/Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist with state credentials and current license.

• Experience delivering RT treatments per physician orders and protocols.

• Proficiency in documenting care and outcomes in electronic health records.

• Ability to monitor patient responses and adjust therapy plans promptly.

• Compliance with safety protocols, identify deviations, and escalate concerns.

• Strong patient education skills for devices, processes, and self-management.

• Experience calibrating and maintaining respiratory equipment; diagnose equipment issues.

• Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and alignment to targets/metrics.

• Willingness to participate in quality improvement projects and professional development.

• Track activities and outcomes for pipeline-based performance dashboards.
