Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate Swiss-style and Hydromat machines in a high-precision manufacturing environment. This role involves producing small, custom parts across a variety of industries, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain tight tolerances. Responsibilities include machine operation, part inspection, tool changes, and basic machine maintenance. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Swiss or Hydromat machines to produce precision parts
• Inspect parts using micrometers and ensure compliance with blueprint specifications
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine adjustments
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean
• Move materials and collaborate with production and support teams

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of CNC lathe/turning experience
• Ability to read blueprints and non-digital micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment
• Team-oriented with solid communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $20-$30/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
