Base pay range

$34.00/hr - $36.00/hr

7 month contract. Potential to extend/option to hire.

Work remote Monday and Friday.

Client: A major global corporation and leader in their industry with annual revenue over $90B and employing over 250,000.

Overview:

This position will be responsible for actively managing trade related deductions/claims and activities related to trade deductions/claims for the business unit. Complete actions to clear exceptions related to trade deductions/claims, while driving change within the customer base to improve accuracy of deductions/claims. This role provides opportunities to lead projects and think strategically while dealing with business complexity.

Role:

• Bring transparency to deductions and achieve goals of improvements in customer behavior around deduction process.
• Work directly with the sales and sales finance co-pilots to drive change and action.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate across multiple functions throughout the organization to promote alignment to get results.
• Plan, prioritize, and lead your workload in an environment of significant priorities to support and guide timely and sound business decisions.
• Act as a driver behind sales involvement within Exceedra.
• Work with all customers who are not compliant with deduction/payment process, contract ID, format, claimant, ineligible items, etc.
• Complete updates in Exceedra for pending claims.
• Act as a guide and support for the sales team.
• Drive backup of deduction for management within TPM system.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• Work experience in accounting, financial or sales trade analysis.
• Experience in deductions/claims management is a plus.
• Strong Excel experience.
• Ability to influence business decisions with concrete financial support.
• Experience resolving conflicts / discrepancies positively and expertly.
• Ability to work independently in solving business issues and taking initiative.
• Partner with the customer / other functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables.
• Utilize data to identify risks and opportunities and make recommendations.
• Communicate effectively and expertly in written and verbal form, including presentation skills.
