Freight Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.20 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm )

• Lead freight handlers and oversee daily receiving and loading operations
• Load/unload freight manually or using pallet jack, hand truck, or forklift
• Inspect, count, label, and document inbound and outbound freight
• Develop load plans and ensure proper handling of special cargo
• Train team members and maintain a safe, organized work area

Freight Lead Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Warehouse and freight handling experience required
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet full shift
• Strong communication, leadership, and reliability

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
