Radiologic Technologist Job Details

• Location: Columbus, OH 43210 (Ohio healthcare jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Operating Room, Level I Trauma, Teaching Hospital
• Assignment Type: Travel Radiologic Technologist
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 11/3/2025 – End: 2/2/2026)
• Shift Schedule: 4x10-hour days (6:30am – 5:00pm), Monday–Friday
• On-Call Requirement: Minimum 125 hours per month (after hours and weekends)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,880 – $2,950

Radiologic Technologist Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting
• Prior travel healthcare experience required
• Experience in Level I Trauma Center preferred
• Current ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist)
• Valid BLS certification
• Ohio state license (MRI technologists may apply without OH license)
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• 2 professional references required (including one from a manager, director, or supervisor)
• Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities

• Assist neurosurgeons in a hybrid OR suite with neuro interventional procedures: diagnostic cerebral angiograms, carotid stenting, embolization, AVMs, vertebroplasty, and stroke interventions
• Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment (C-ARM, PACS, Siemens systems)
• Perform and document special procedures including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, vascular studies, and stroke treatments
• Ensure sterile technique and proper equipment setup for all neurovascular procedures
• Provide patient care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend coverage
• Comply with all hospital safety and healthcare compliance protocols
