Production Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

• Manufacture products according to operational standards and quality guidelines
• Inspect and handle nonconforming materials per company procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow all safety policies
• Report equipment issues, hazards, or production concerns to leadership immediately
• Work across different production areas as needed to meet production goals

Production Associate Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Ability to understand and communicate in English
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
