Job Title: Assembler – (1st Shift) ($19-21 HR)

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Assemblers to join our team. This position offers hands-on assembly work in a stable manufacturing environment where attention to detail matters. You’ll build small, safety-critical components used in pressure systems. We are looking for individuals to start as soon as possible. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today!

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What you’ll do:

• Assemble small parts including tags, sensors, liners, and gaskets using hand tools
• Use an air rivet gun and drill press to complete assemblies
• Apply adhesives and ensure components are aligned correctly
• Follow written work instructions and verify part orientation
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete basic production paperwork and track work orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What we’re looking for:

• Assembly or manufacturing experience (small parts preferred)
• Comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused work
• Experience using hand tools
• Ability to follow instructions and stay organized
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chagrin Falls, OH.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
