Immediate Opening for a Job Setter in the Englewood, Ohio area.

Job Summary
Ensures proper installation of molds into injection molding machines and sets up all necessary support equipment to meet production schedules and maintain required quality while following all internal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Properly set up molds and work areas to meet customer and production demands while maintaining a clean and organized work area to reduce workplace injury.
• Ensures molds are cleaned, identified, properly relocated, and stored for easy accessibility and reports damages as discovered to maintain mold life.
• Ensures all work areas are clean and organized and free of tools and equipment from previous jobs.
• Reviews and updates processing records, watering diagrams, and set-up sheets for accuracy and completion to ensure production efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical ability
• Proven and/or demonstrated communication skills
• Successful interaction in a cross-functional team environment
• Must possess the ability to learn and retain information
• Must be able to problem solve effectively and think on-the-go
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required
• Minimum 1 year experience in Plastic Injection Molding Job Set-Up required and/or equivalent experience; preferred 2-3 years' experience

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 10:00AM-8:30PM
Pay: $18-19+/hr
