The company is in an active growth phase and is investing in its technology infrastructure to support continued expansion. The leadership team is pragmatic and business-minded, looking for a technology partner who can operate at a strategic level while staying hands-on.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead the company's IT, business systems, and technology function across all departments
• Manage external IT vendors, outsourced technology partners, and software relationships
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting to improve business visibility
• Partner with operations, finance, sales, purchasing, warehouse, and HR to identify and execute process improvement opportunities
• Support and improve Microsoft 365, ERP platforms, and other core business software
• Reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets through automated reporting and workflow improvements
• Evaluate and implement new software tools where they add clear business value
• Support cybersecurity policies, user provisioning, hardware and software lifecycle planning, and technology documentation
• Advance initiatives around Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, AI, and workflow automation
• Develop and maintain a long-term technology roadmap for the organization

You Should Have Most of the Following:

• 5 or more years of experience in IT, information systems, ERP, business intelligence, or technology leadership
• Demonstrated experience supporting or managing business software systems
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced IT providers
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, user provisioning, networking, and hardware and software lifecycle management
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical vendors and non-technical business leaders
• Comfort translating technical concepts into plain language for operational and executive audiences

Nice to Have:

• Power BI experience
• ERP platform experience (NetSuite or similar)
• Experience with SQL, Power Automate, or Microsoft Fabric
• Background in distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, logistics, food and beverage, or a multi-location business environment
• Exposure to systems integration projects
