WHO YOU ARE:
Ourcontributorsat Michael Kors are stylishindividuals who have a drive to achieve results andapassion for customer engagement.As aSales Supervisor, youwillstrive to achieve personal and store sales goals whileprioritizing the customer experiencethrough supervision and guidance of the team.You will work in a fun, inspiring and rewarding environmentwith opportunities for development and growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist upper management todrive resultsthrough astrategic and multifaceted approach.
- Responsible forkey opening and closing duties andoperationaltasks.
- Demonstrateflexibilityand desire for individual growthin a fast-paced store environment.
- Fostercustomer relationships by continually developingpersonalknowledge of current trends andcoachingstyling techniques.
- Empower team toensure the highest level of customer service standardswhile exercising leadership and multi-tasking capabilities.
YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
- 2+ years ofrelevantretailexperience
