Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the respiratory therapy department
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Manage budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Foster a culture of quality, safety, and patient-centered care

Requirements:

- Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential- Long Term Care experience
- 3+ years of experience in respiratory therapy, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of respiratory care principles, practices, and protocols
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive quality improvement initiatives

Nice to Have:
- Master's degree in respiratory therapy, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Knowledge of electronic medical records and respiratory therapy information systems
- Certification in respiratory therapy management (e.g., RRT-NPS)
