We are an up-and-coming Home Remodeling company in the Toledo, OH area. We are looking for an additional person to come on board to help manage our bathrooms or roofing department

Duties:

(Must have field experience with Roofing and Siding) Additional training can be provided, if applicant has experience.

- Work with and train installation crews

- Help get material list together for jobs

- Communication with customers and answer questions they might have

- Pull trailers when necessary

- Make sure jobs are being performed in a professional manner and good workmanship.

- Follow all OSHA Regulations and Guidelines

- Work with the Install Manager and office team to ensure smooth workflow processes and satisfactory customer experiences.

Summary

As a Field Supervisor/Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects related to roofing and bathroom install, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Reporting to the senior management team, you will utilize your core skills in construction management, project scheduling, and OSHA regulations to lead teams effectively. Your premium expertise in software like Acculynx will enhance project efficiency, while your relevant skills in blueprint reading and quality control will ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management and supervising teams on-site, particularly in bathrooms and roofing projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software, such as Acculynx or other relatable software
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics, with skills in construction estimating and budgeting.
• Effective project scheduling and quality control capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Day shift

Experience:

• Roofing: 4 years (Preferred)
• Siding: 4 Years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
