POSITION SUMMARY:
The Technical Writer position is in the Logistics & Storage Engineering (L&SE) Governing Documents team. This position provides technical documentation expertise for document owners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and end users to maintain compliance with government regulations, industry codes, and specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinates and facilitates the development, revision, and review of technical and governing documents to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Leverages technical writing expertise to support Business Partners in producing clear, user-friendly, compliant documents.

Provides regular updates on document statuses and communicates progress to assigned Business Partners.

Uses the document management system to manage document workflows and guides Business Partners through document management processes.

Ensures the accuracy of governing document metadata within the document management system (DMS).

Adheres to established style guide and template to guarantee document quality and consistency.

Proactively identifies opportunities and provides recommendations for process improvements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Two (2) years or more of experience required. ?
