As a Virtual Banking Manager within Consumer Banking, you will be at the forefront of delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment that puts employees and clients first. You will lead and manage virtual bank operations, including deepening client relationships through coaching the team for success. You will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology, as well as collaborating with our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs for clients.

Job Responsibilities 

• Be a motivating force within the team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our firm’s culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
• Deliver on the goals of Virtual Banking by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting the firm and clients, following policies and procedures.

• You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, using your strong decision-making skills to navigate challenges and lead the team confidently.
• You are experienced in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, you demonstrate a steadfast commitment to operational integrity and adherence to policies.
• You have a strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect your team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and exciting for everyone involved.
• Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone and video-based client interactions.
• 2+ years of management, branch banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

• College degree or military equivalent.
