**Responsibilities:**
As a Production Worker, you will engage in a range of tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of our production line. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting quality checks to identify any defects or issues in items held in the cooler.
- Filling in on the production line during breaks and lunch periods.
- Performing work in a refrigerated environment; candidates must be comfortable working in cold conditions.
- Capable of lifting items as required for the tasks.
- Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and safety.
- Collaborating with the production team to maintain the smooth flow of operations.
- Participating in cleaning activities during slow periods to maintain a tidy workspace.
- Willingness to engage in a variety of tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Maintaining a non-smoking environment and being able to pass a nicotine test for permanent employment.

**Qualifications:**
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to varying responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.
- Physical capability to lift items as needed for the job.
- Strong attention to detail for quality checks.
- Team player mindset and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to follow Good Manufacturing Practices for product safety and quality.
- Ability to work on a production line and perform cleaning tasks.
- Non-smoking, and able to pass a nicotine test for permanent employment.

**Compensation:**
- Pay: $18.00 per hour.

**Working Hours:**
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
