Part Time Maintenance Technician

This position is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 9AM-5PM to start with Full Time postition available soon.
Looking for a part time maintenance tech with strong background in maintenance including painting. Canidates will wear many hats and need to think on their feet.
We are a growing short term rental management company with over 125 properties under management mostly in Boston and some on the Cape. 100+ rooms rented nightly like a hotel that need daily maintenance.
Daily responsibilities include painting and genreal mainteance of rooms. Duties with us will range from replacing faucets, clearing a clogged garbage disposal, snow shoveling, painting, and light construction labor. Must have basic hand and power tools skills. Must be willing to drive to different job sites within Boston.
Must be willing to clean common areas daily as part of the position.
You must be motivated to learn and willing to do all parts of the job.
Primary Duties include:-Painting- Basic Plumbing such as faucets and finding leaking pipes- Basic Electrical Work such as changing a fixture-Interreacting with tenants-Cleaning common areas-Taking out the trash- Light Landscaping/shoveling/cleaning- Heavy lifting is required
Must be within 10 miles of 02116 and A car is a must as there are 2+ separate locations!
