Apartment Maintenance Technician
Apartment Maintenance Technician – Maineville, OH | $21-23/hr based on experience
Join BGSF and put your hands-on maintenance skills to work at a busy, luxury multifamily community. You’ll handle service requests and unit turns while working independently and keeping residents comfortable and happy.
Job Description
- To complete service requests and full unit turns
- To troubleshoot appliances, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- To lift and move materials/equipment as needed
- To work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards
- To use personal tools daily on site
Required Skills
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Own tools required
- Strong apartment maintenance experience
- Ability to troubleshoot multiple systems
- Ability to work independently and follow direction
