Quality Inspector

Clean Room Assembler and Quality Inspector

We are seeking detail-oriented assemblers to work with small, precise parts requiring the use of tweezers. You will occasionally operate machines, placing parts in a jig and aligning them using a computer interface. Quality checks will be performed using a microscope and magnifying glass. The role also involves working in a clean room environment and operating a laser etching machine.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble small, precise parts using tweezers.
• Operate machines by placing parts in a jig and using a computer for alignment.
• Perform quality checks with microscopes and magnifying glasses.
• Work occasionally in a clean room environment.
• Run laser etching machines as needed.

Essential Skills:

• 1+ year of experience in a role requiring attention to detail and quality control using microscopes, micrometers, or calipers.
• 1+ year of experience in small parts assembly.
• 1+ year of experience in data entry and computer skills, particularly with medical, ERP, or Epicor systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a medical-related position is a plus.
• 1+ year of ERP experience is a plus.
• 1+ year of experience with Epicor is a plus.

Work Environment:

Our work environment allows for comfortable attire, such as jeans and a polo or nice t-shirt. Safety goggles are provided due to laser usage, but steel toe boots are not required. When working in the clean room, employees must wear protective suits provided.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kettering, OH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $20.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
