Bookkeeping Specialist

- ```Duties```- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using multiple accounting software- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies- Prepare financial reports for management review- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting principles and regulations (GAAP)- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits

```Qualifications```- High School Diploma required - High Education preferred- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and financial concepts- Proficiency in account reconciliation, debits, credits, and general ledger maintenance- -- - - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Experience with accounting software and 10-key typing skills- Familiarity with public accounting practices and governmental accounting is a plus
