Active Ohio RN license
1+ year nursing experience (any setting)
Strong knowledge of documentation, safety, and care standards
Comfortable in a non-clinical, support-focused role
Drivers license + reliable transportation
Able to pass background check What Youll Actually Do:
Train caregivers on policies + proper documentation
Ensure care plans are followed correctly
Observe and flag non-clinical concerns early
Be the go-to support for caregivers, families, and leadership
