Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Die Cast Loaders. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading machines, performing quality checks, and moving metal parts throughout the plant. You will also be involved in setting up machines and assisting with repairs and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload machines efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Move materials throughout the cell/plant.
• Set up machines and assist with repairs and troubleshooting.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to operate industrial systems and machinery.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to undergo up to 4 weeks of training.
• Prior manufacturing experience in assembly, inspection, general labor, and quality control.

• Experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with aluminum/steel materials.
• Quality audits and quality control experience.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and eco-friendly facility with a 3-shift operation. The available shifts are 1st shift from 5 AM to 3:30 PM and 2nd shift from 3 PM to 1:30 AM, with a shift differential for off-shift positions. Uniforms and cleaning services are provided at no cost.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericktown, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00/hr.
