Construction Superintendent

Our Construction Superintendents oversee daily onsite field operations with subcontractor partners while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment as outlined by OSHA standards. Our construction process is extremely collaborative and hands-on from groundbreaking to handing over the keys. Our Project Superintendents are company ambassadors – as they often work directly with the client and building team members.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent that will make a positive addition to our team. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects with $8M+ budget costs. A degree in engineering/construction management is welcomed. We have outlined additional skills required to be considered for this position.
- Technical Knowledge : Deep understanding of blueprints, building codes, developing and implementing schedules, work sequences, look-ahead schedules using scheduling software, conduct pre-construction safety and work coordination meetings with subcontractors, prepare daily logs and other project reports, and provide overall project quality control. Extensive computer skills required.
- Leadership : Ability to motivate crews, resolve conflicts and problem solve to ensure a favorable outcome for the client. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for everyone working and visiting the site.
- Communication : High level of comfort to consistently listening and advising the client as needed. Acting as the bridge between the subcontractors and the office-based management team.
- Adaptability : Managing frequent changes, weather delays, or supply chain issues.
