Requirements
Able to identify new opportunities and generate prospects in the region. Promptly follow up on leads and referrals. Establish customer rapport and identify needs.
Must have a competent understanding of HVAC mechanical systems. Ability to conduct building surveys and identify problems and propose cost-effective solutions and prepare maintenance agreement proposals along with making effective sales presentations. Understand prospect's organization and decision-making process, answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner.
Develop a positive and professional relationship with new and existing customers to ensure that National HVAC Service is meeting their requirements to secure long-term customer loyalty.
Support the service department by generating leads for service or equipment/device upgrades.
Possess strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good conceptual aptitude, positive attitude, and have great teamwork skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
