• A Level II Cardiac Cath Lab providing 24/7 emergency heart care
• Cardiac Diagnostics
• Cardiac Rehabilitation

What You’ll Lead

• Clinical and operational oversight of Cath Lab, Diagnostics, and Rehab
• 24/7 staffing and on-call structure for emergency services
• Hiring, mentoring, and developing a high-performing cardiac team
• Quality, safety, accreditation, and evidence-based practice compliance
• Budget, equipment, and supply chain strategy
• Program growth and service line development

This is a role for someone who understands that cardiac leadership is both clinical precision and operational discipline.

Who Thrives Here

• RN (BSN required) unrestricted RN state/compact license)
• BLS & ACLS certified
• Strong clinical foundation (3–5+ years relevant experience)
• Leadership experience in cath lab, cardiology, or diagnostic services
• Comfortable in interventional or vascular environments
